Back in August we made our first ever visit to the stunning Wylam Brewery and it immediately became one of our favourite venues of all time - a true hidden gem in a bustling city centre location! And the lovely Beth and Tim absolutely smashed it out of the park :)

When Lauren & Tom first got in touch with us and described their wedding plans, we were probably more excited than they were - a ceremony overlooking the stunning Northumberland coast followed by a party in a barn meant that we didn’t need ANY convincing!
The reality was better than we could have imagined. Fantastic weather, the perfect setting, awesome people, cute animals and an outstanding new wedding venue (if you’re looking for a venue then please do check it out ).

We spent yesterday at Chris & Linda's emotional 1920's themed wedding at Jesmond Dene House, and what a day it was! Guests looked amazing in their 1920's outfits (we even dressed up a little ourselves), there was fantastic music and entertainment throughout the day, and the weather was glorious.

Welcome to our shiny new blog. We've given the website a bit of a tidy up so it was only right that we did the same thing here. So here it is.
The plan (!) is that we'll be using the blog to showcase lots of real weddings so that folks can get a feel for the way in which we tell wedding stories, and to kick things off we're starting with Carlie & Mal's gorgeous wedding at Matfen Hall from 2017.
We love shooting weddings at Matfen Hall and this was no exception! Sunshine, cool suits, flat caps, an awesome cake, the cutest dog ever, sparklers and fireworks. What's not to like?!
